Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Policy allows you to request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

 

Our 90-day full coverage return applies if:

1. You received the wrong item or order.

2. The item arrived damaged or broken.

3. The product quality is defective.

4. Returns must include all accessories. 

 

5. Products and packaging must be returned in original packaging.

 

6. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

 

7. Heart Fable does cover shipping costs for standard returns.

 

8. Price adjustments & exclusions: does not match prices with other retailers.

 

Note: We cannot process a refund without your order number. Please contact our customer service team before returning your item.

 

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us at official.heartfable@gmail.com to initiate your return request. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.

2. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to return your item.

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that have been intentionally damaged. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time


Once approved, refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days to process. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your refund does not appear after this time frame, we recommend the following steps:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

  • Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Cancellation 

Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped to the logistics facility.

If you cancel your order, a refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible as the item is already in transit.
